The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan shoots in but no luck this time.

Tesser feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ryan sprawling to the canvas! Ryan rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Tesser finish him?!

Ryan is rocked!

It looks like Matt Ryan has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tesser tries to clinch up but Ryan circles away and keeps his distance.
Oh Ryan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Laurent Tesser seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tesser closes the distance and pushes Ryan back into the cage.

Tesser's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Tesser drops Ryan with a beautiful combination! Ryan stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tesser is looking for the KO!

The fighters are playing wrist control here with Ryan pressed against the cage. Tesser frees himself up and cracks Tesser with an uppercut straight from the bowels of hell! Ryan crumples to the floor, out cold! Tesser jumps on to the cage and takes in the roar of the crowd! That was nasty!
