Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Josh Todd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Copello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Josh Todd! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Felipe Copello! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Todd closes the distance and pushes Copello back into the cage. Todd creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Todd stalls. Todd looking to throw knees to the head but Copello is blocking nicely.

Copello dodges an elbow strike from Todd.

Todd is trying to stall.
Todd working Copello over with knees to the body. Copello breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Copello fails to land with a series of punches.
Copello throws a series of punches but Todd moves out of range. Copello misses with a series of wild punches.
Todd tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Todd moves in looking to clinch but Copello pushes him off. Todd tries to clinch and Copello counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Todd tries to clinch but Copello moves away and Copello counters with a series of strikes that sends Todd to the canvas! Copello follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Todd is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Todd keeping moving, preventing Copello from controlling successfully. Oh Todd is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Copello throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Copello throws a big right hand that misses. Copello missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Todd seems to have got his legs back now. Copello content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Todd has locked up a guillotine! Todd's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Copello is holding on here and Todd must be using up a lot of energy. Copello has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Todd gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Josh Todd! Josh Todd seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
