Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Charles Zhang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Romero Santiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santiago misses with a takedown attempt
and Zhang counters with a nice uppercut.
Zhang throws a sloppy head kick and Santiago moves out of range easily.
Santiago keeps Zhang at a distance using the push kick.
Santiago shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Zhang sprawls well. Zhang wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Santiago gets slowly back to his feet.

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Santiago manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Zhang is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Santiago doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Zhang.
Zhang seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
