Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bull Dogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bull Dogg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Drew Baker! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dogg misses with a double jab.
Dogg finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Baker. Dogg pushes Baker away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Baker gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Baker in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Dogg manages to get back to half guard. Baker has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Dogg wants to get back to full guard. Dogg has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Baker is working away from the top position though. Baker scoring with strikes to the body and head. Baker sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Dogg defending well though. Dogg tries to roll over but Baker keeps him under control. Dogg is staying active underneath Baker, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Dogg gets full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Baker won't allow Dogg to sweep him here. Dogg avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Baker trying to control but Dogg is working from the bottom. Dogg wants to sweep here but Baker controlling him for the moment.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Baker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dogg but Dogg pushes him off and we're back to square one. Dogg tries to keep at a distance but Baker has taken the fight into the clinch. Baker stops a takedown attempt from Dogg.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Baker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dogg as he jumps to the side. Dogg lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dogg. Dogg connects with a single shot there. Baker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dogg but Dogg pushes him off and we're back to square one. Baker looks gassed! Baker changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dogg looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. You can see the frustration on Dogg's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dogg tries to improve position but can't.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Baker closes the distance and clinches up with Dogg, looking for a takedown. Baker pushes Dogg against the cage but Dogg circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Dogg lands a nice shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Baker shoots in but Dogg avoids the takedown attempt easily. Baker closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dogg to the mat! Dogg manages to get full guard. Baker stopping the sweep attempt from Dogg. Baker with a nice head shot there. Baker postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Baker distracts Dogg with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Baker slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Dogg is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Baker drops back looking for a leg! Dogg is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Dogg manages to kick Baker off! Baker jumps back into Dogg's guard. Dogg trying to control the position.

A close round but Drew Baker will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Baker feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Dogg pushes Baker off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Dogg is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Drew Baker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Baker blocks a leg kick. Baker closes the distance looking to clinch and Dogg counters by clinching up. Baker keeps control of Dogg as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Baker goes for a takedown attempt but Dogg pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Baker gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Dogg to counter with a crisp jab. Baker is breathing heavily.

Baker shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dogg counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Baker is rocked! Bull Dogg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drew Baker. Dogg is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dogg is thwarting Baker's attempts to control the position. Baker gets full guard. Baker is trying to control the position but Dogg postures up. Baker working for a triangle but Dogg defends it easily.
Baker wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Baker passes Dogg's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Baker is trying to control the action in half guard but Dogg is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Baker performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Dogg wants to control but Baker is keeping busy and won't allow it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dogg wants to get back to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dogg is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Baker jumps into side control! Dogg tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Baker easily slips into full mount! Dogg can't escape the position.
Baker lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Baker lands a heavy elbow. Baker controlling his opponent. Baker working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Baker avoids the attempt from Dogg to control. Dogg is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Baker lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Dogg hang on? Dogg tries to hold on but Baker pushes him away. Dogg is trying desperately to improve position. Dogg is working hard here to advance position. Baker landing strikes from the mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. BOOM! Baker connects with a massive shot to the dome!

That was a close second round but I would say that Bull Dogg will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Baker looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Dogg keeping moving, preventing Baker from controlling successfully. Baker loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Dogg not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Baker wants to pass the guard but Dogg is keeping the position. Dogg seems keen to control Baker's posture. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Baker might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dogg kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Drew Baker has got the better of the ground game so far. Baker stops Dogg from getting back to his feet.

Baker doesn't succeed with the takedown and Dogg counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Baker down! Dogg is looking to finish but Baker is intelligently defending himself. Baker is still in real trouble! Can Dogg finish him? Dogg is pushing down on Baker's leg trying to pass to half guard. Baker is fighting to maintain full guard but Dogg has managed to sneak the leg through. Dogg controlling the action here. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Baker seems to have recovered his senses. Dogg is nestled in close to Baker, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Baker tries to roll over but Dogg keeps him under control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dogg perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Dogg passes to full mount! Dogg can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Baker is looking to escape. Dogg controlling the pace for now. Dogg trying to control but Baker is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Bull Dogg just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Dogg circles away from the clinch attempt and Dogg counters with a left and a right that stings Baker. Baker wants to clinch. Dogg gets in close and instigates a clinch. Dogg escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Baker shoots and misses and Dogg holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bull Dogg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Drew Baker. Baker keeps control of Dogg as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Dogg is trying to stall.
Baker wants a takedown.
And that's the end of the fight! Bull Dogg showed his dominance in that final round. I think Dogg has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
