Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernard Mack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost comes to the cage accompanied by God Save The Queen. Mack has chosen Fed Up - House of Pain/Guru as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Frost! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bernard Mack! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Robert Douchet and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mack tries to bum rush Frost with a series of wild strikes but Frost uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Frost looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mack is fending him off so far but Frost persists. Nope, Mack circles away and we're back to standing. Frost wants to clinch up but Mack keeps it at a distance. Frost stuffs the takedown. Mack moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
It looks like Jack Frost has been cut. Mack shoots for a takedown but Frost saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Mack throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Frost shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Mack shoots in for a double leg but Frost sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Jack Frost has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bernard Mack. Frost will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Mack throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Frost. Mack drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mack connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Frost some visible discomfort.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Frost is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Frost keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Mack scores with a couple of good hammerfists. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frost actively working from the bottom here. Frost is pressing down on Mack's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mack cracks Frost with a solid left hand. Mack is in close to Frost's body, working some short punches and elbows. Mack postures up in Frost's guard and throws a big left but Frost blocks it. Mack is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Mack makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Mack is looking to stand up but Frost won't let him. Mack looks gassed! Mack lands a couple of decent looking shots. Frost has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Mack can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Mack working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Mack landing with the ground and pound. Frost keeping full guard, as Mack tries to pass. Frost is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mack lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Frost looking for a guillotine here but Mack defends easily.
Mack lands a couple of elbows. Mack passes Frost's left leg - he's now in half guard. Mack tries to stand but can't do so whilst Frost controls his leg. Frost actively working from the bottom here. Mack stands up and beckons Frost to join him on the feet. Frost changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mack tries to avoid it but Frost manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mack to the ground. Mack escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mack throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Mack swats away the attempt to clinch by Frost. Mack swinging wilding here.
Frost misses with a takedown enabling Mack to counter with a crisp jab. Mack tries to bum rush Frost with a series of wild strikes but Frost uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A punch combination from Mack misses. Frost with a lazy takedown attempt and Mack counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Mack scoring with some ground and pound. Mack with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Frost lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Mack! Mack is wriggling around trying to escape.
Frost moves to the back position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Frost has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Mack! Can he survive? No! He's out! Frost gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jack Frost!
