Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gay Bomb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Nieddds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bomb kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is It's Raining Men. Bobby Nieddds has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Columbo Gatti and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bomb shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Bomb throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Nieddds has momentary wrist control but Bomb slips an elbow through the middle.
Bomb throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Nieddds works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Bomb postures up in Nieddds's guard and throws a big left but Nieddds blocks it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nieddds utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Bomb wants to control from the top but Nieddds keeps moving.

Bomb controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Bomb trying to control the position from guard on top but Nieddds is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Nieddds seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Gay Bomb has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Nieddds throws a jab when Bomb was well out of range.
Nieddds throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Bomb counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Nieddds's guard now.
Bomb throws a strike but Nieddds rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Bomb wants to stand and escape but Nieddds is having none of it.

Bomb looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Nieddds must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Bomb is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Bomb has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bomb thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bomb working over Nieddds with some ground and pound. Nieddds looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Nieddds pushes Bomb off looking to stand but Bomb dives back in and keeps control.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bomb in particular looking to stall.

Bomb is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Nieddds is just riding it out for now. Bomb eventually gives up the hold.

Bomb is keen to just control but Nieddds is a slippery customer.
Bomb looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nieddds with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bomb is keen to just control but Nieddds is a slippery customer.
Bomb sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Nieddds defending well though.
Bomb works his way into full mount!
Nieddds keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Bomb lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Nieddds hang on?
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bomb misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Bomb fails with the takedown.

Bomb fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nieddds sprawls well initially but Bomb persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Bomb passes to full mount!
Nieddds is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Bomb lands a big shot there that rocks Nieddds but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Bomb looking to control but Nieddds is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Nieddds gets back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nieddds is looking to improve his position.
Gay Bomb overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Nieddds pushes Bomb off looking to stand but Bomb dives back in and keeps control.
Nieddds is doing well to control the position and prevent Bomb from advancing to side control.
Bomb throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Nieddds is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bomb's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bomb's back!
Nieddds really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Bomb.

Nieddds controlling well, preventing Bomb from escaping the position.
Bomb trying to control but not successfully.
Bomb wants to escape the position.
Nieddds struggling to keep hold of the position.
Nieddds doesn't have the hooks in and Bomb manages to turn into his guard.
Bomb is pushing down on Nieddds's leg trying to pass to half guard. Nieddds is fighting to maintain full guard but Bomb has managed to sneak the leg through.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bomb is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Nieddds sees it coming and defends easily.
Bomb is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Nieddds!

Nieddds squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
Bomb throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Nieddds wants to hold on but Bomb pushes him away.

Bomb connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Nieddds is looking to improve his position but Bomb isn't that keen on the idea.
Bomb really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bomb is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Nieddds has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Nieddds!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Nieddds is posturing up here but Bomb has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Nieddds tries to roll out but it's too tight and Nieddds has to tap! Slick submission there by Bomb!
