Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yorito Nayama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, Jimmy Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yorito Nayama! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller tries for a takedown but Nayama circles away easily and Nayama counters with a straight right hand. Miller darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Nayama wants to improve his position but Miller is controlling well.
Nayama moves into full guard.
Miller trying to control the position from guard on top but Nayama is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Nayama is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Miller wants to pass the guard but Nayama is keeping the position. Miller stopping the sweep attempt from Nayama.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nayama has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Miller can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Miller thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Miller throws an elbow that misses. Nayama uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Miller's guard. Nice move by Nayama! Miller keeping moving, preventing Nayama from controlling successfully. Miller tries to land a sweep but no joy. Nayama trying to control but Miller is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nayama sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Miller's guard. Nayama is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Nayama takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Nayama is trying to control the action in half guard but Miller is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Miller moves into full guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Nayama wants to control from the top but Miller keeps moving. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Miller is on top in guard.
Nayama pulls Miller in close to his closed guard and prevents Miller from doing any damage or advancing position. Miller wants to control from the top but Nayama keeps moving. Nayama looking for a sweep. Not yet Nayama, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller pushes down on Nayama's leg and manages to get into half guard. Miller is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Nayama is defending against the submission attempts here by Miller.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Miller passes the guard and advances to mount! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Nayama is desperately trying to improve his position but Miller has a good base and remains in mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Yorito Nayama will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Nayama takes a swing at Miller's ribcage but misses. Nayama avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Miller closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nayama circles away. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Nayama, as that shot connected.
Miller tries to clinch up but Nayama circles away and keeps his distance. Jimmy Miller is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nayama gets tackled into the cage by Miller. Miller maintains the clinch. Miller has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Nayama after a bit of a struggle. Miller is trying to pull guard but Nayama turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jimmy Miller. That's going to take a lot out of him. Miller tries to score a body lock takedown but Nayama shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Miller is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Miller drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Nayama gets the underhooks and prevents it.

That's one minute gone in the round. Miller drops down looking for an ankle pick but Nayama pulls his leg out and moves away.
Nayama slaps away a takedown attempt from Miller, before circling back to the center of the mat. A decent looking cross lands there for Nayama. Miller misses with a double jab.
Jab by Nayama. Jimmy Miller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nayama pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Nayama throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Miller lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nayama circles away quickly and effectively. Nayama tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Miller was well out of range. Poor timing from Nayama. Miller tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Miller changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nayama tries to avoid it but Miller manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nayama to the ground. Nayama escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nayama missing with a left hand there. Miller was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Miller showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nayama.
Sloppy strikes from Miller. Those never looked like landing. Nayama ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Nayama looks to land a right hand but Miller moved out of range. Nayama comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. A telegraphed right hand from Miller misses the target. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nayama cracks a nice hook into Miller's ribs. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nayama changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Miller looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Nayama is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Nayama looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Nayama moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Yorito Nayama has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nayama swings around for an armbar but Miller sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Nayama's guard. Yorito Nayama showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Nayama's jab looks to have found its range, popping Miller under the eye. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Miller is defended easily by Nayama. Nayama scores with a hook to the body. Miller takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Nayama loads up on a big right hand but Miller slips the punch. Miller takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Miller's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Nayama connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Miller scrambles back to his feet. Miller changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nayama tries to avoid it but Miller manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nayama to the ground. Nayama escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nayama lands a nice shot to the body.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nayama misses with a wild body shot. Yorito Nayama seems to be getting the better of the standup. Nayama throws a body punch but Miller moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nayama drops Miller with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Miller! Nayama dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
