Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zak Zak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mico Pazuh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Zak Zak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mico Pazuh! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zak shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Pazuh sprawls well. Pazuh wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Zak gets slowly back to his feet. Zak stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Zak wants it to stay on the feet. Pazuh tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Zak counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Zak is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Pazuh jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Zak walks away with a smile on his face. Pazuh gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Pazuh is looking to land body kicks. Pazuh shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Zak defends it nicely. Zak Zak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mico Pazuh. Pazuh attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Pazuh looks gassed! Zak keeps the fight on the outside. Zak throws a leg kick but Pazuh sees it coming and checks it nicely. Zak instigates a clinch. Pazuh is trying to maintain a safe position but Zak gets an underhook and turns Pazuh into the cage. Pazuh misses with a punch on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pazuh tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Zak taking a breather. Pazuh swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Pazuh keeps control of Zak as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Zak drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Pazuh pushes off an throws an elbow but Zak leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Pazuh manages to break the clinch.
Zak throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Pazuh tries to clinch but Zak moves away and Zak cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Pazuh displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Zak. Zak gets in close and instigates a clinch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pazuh tries to pull guard but Zak holds him up against the cage and eventually Pazuh drops back down to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Zak looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Pazuh postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Zak is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Zak bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pazuh's guard. Pazuh can't keep his opponent in guard - Zak advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Zak is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Zak postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Pazuh to stand up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pazuh needs to keep his hands up - Zak had a free shot at his head there. Zak misses with a takedown attempt - Pazuh sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Zak tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. No luck for Zak with that takedown attempt. Zak throws a head kick but Pazuh moves out of range.
Pazuh darts in trying to clinch and Zak counters with a lovely straight right hand! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. No luck for Zak with that takedown attempt. Zak looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Zak shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pazuh but Pazuh pushes him off and we're back to square one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zak Zak dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Pazuh looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. No luck for Zak with that takedown attempt. Pazuh tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zak swats him away and circles back towards the center. Zak keeps the fight on the outside. Zak fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pazuh, pushing him back against the cage. Zak pushes off an throws an elbow but Pazuh leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Zak wants a takedown.
Pazuh goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Zak blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Pazuh pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Pazuh swinging wildly here.
Pazuh is breathing heavily. Zak takes the fight into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zak jumps into guard, dragging Pazuh to the mat.
Pazuh missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Pazuh loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Pazuh won't allow Zak to sweep him here. Zak pushes Pazuh off and scrambles back to his feet.

Pazuh tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Zak paws at him with a jab and circles away. Zak clinches with his opponent.
Pazuh manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Zak will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Zak controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Pazuh avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zak stands and throws Pazuh's legs to the side, diving into side control. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Zak creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Pazuh sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Zak looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Pazuh tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Zak takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pazuh is desperately trying to improve his position but Zak has a good base and remains in mount. Pazuh has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. Zak Zak overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pazuh is in bad spot here.
Zak has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Pazuh's body.
Zak looking to break Pazuh's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Pazuh remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Zak will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Even with his hooks in, Zak manages to miss with strikes from the back. Zak biding his time, controlling Pazuh. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pazuh doesn't succeed with the takedown and Zak counters with a nice uppercut. Zak tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pazuh sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zak somewhat. Pazuh misses with a double jab.

Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Zak is trying to push Pazuh away but Pazuh has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Pazuh misses with an elbow over the top. Pazuh misses with some punches.
Pazuh is trying to force a seperation but Zak has the dominant position. Pazuh is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Zak gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Zak looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. A shot in the inside from Zak. Pazuh misses with the head strike.
Still in the clinch, Zak scores with a nice short uppercut. Zak jumps guard and drags Pazuh to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zak bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pazuh's guard. Pazuh working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Zak. Pazuh can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Zak controls the pace. Zak decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Zak fails with the takedown. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pazuh tries to clinch but Zak moves out of range. Zak throws a head kick that misses. Zak closes the distance and clinches up with Pazuh, looking for a takedown. Zak pushes Pazuh against the cage but Pazuh circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Zak dives in and grabs Pazuh's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pazuh pushes down on Zak's head and hops out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pazuh tries to clinch up but Zak circles away and keeps his distance. Pazuh goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Zak gets tackled into the cage by Pazuh. Pazuh maintains the clinch. Pazuh trying to stall but Zak improves his position.

Pazuh is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Zak is trying to break free. Zak has had enough of the clinch but Pazuh keeps him there for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pazuh tries to break the clinch but Zak is controlling the position. Pazuh gets underhooks to prevent Zak's takedown attempt.

Pazuh wants to clinch and Zak counters by moving into the clinch. Zak decides to pull guard. Pazuh postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Zak controlling the position. Pazuh missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Zak avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pazuh postures up and lands a big shot to Zak's brow. Pazuh distracts Zak with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pazuh accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Mico Pazuh has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Zak Zak is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Pazuh throws a big elbow that misses.
And that's the end of the fight! Zak Zak showed his dominance in that final round. Well Zak has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
