Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hranghleia Animai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivanov Boriston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hranghleia Animai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivanov Boriston!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Animai leaves Boriston with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Animai tries to close the distance and clinch but Boriston swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Animai fails to pull guard.
Animai jumps guard and drags Boriston to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Boriston slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Boriston wants to get up but he can't break Animai's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

That was a close round but I would say that Hranghleia Animai will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Boriston shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Animai's guard.
