Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vyacheslav Kalashnikov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soham Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kalashnikov kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Leningrad Cowboys - Those Were The Days. Vyacheslav Kalashnikov could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Soham Roy's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kalashnikov lands with a straight right. Roy didn't see that one coming.
It looks like Soham Roy has been cut. Roy shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Kalashnikov napping and manages to drive through into side control! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kalashnikov prevents Roy from improving position. Roy working the ground and pound but Kalashnikov is defending the strikes. Roy looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Kalashnikov is avoiding damage well.

Roy trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kalashnikov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Roy is one step ahead there. And that's the end of the fight! Soham Roy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Roy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
