The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beckett explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Beckett is looking to chop away at Li's legs.
Li shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Beckett but Beckett pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Beckett moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Li throws a lazy right hand but Beckett sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Beckett thuds his shin into the meat of Li's side.

Li throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Li stalks Beckett and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Beckett's face. Beckett staggers backwards, shaken.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Li throws a hook to the side of Beckett's head but Beckett sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Li throws a shot from downtown. Beckett moves away and avoids it.

Beckett's jab looks to have found its range, popping Li under the eye.
It looks like Kid Li has been cut.
