Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Deli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiser Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sosa has chosen Fantasy as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mauricio Deli! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kiser Sosa! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sosa throws an overhand right that lands on Deli's shoulder, as Deli tries to avoid the shot. Sosa stuffs the takedown attempt from Deli. Deli gets slowly back to his feet. Deli shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sosa as he avoids it easily. Deli walks into a jab. Sosa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Deli. Sosa misses with a takedown attempt - Deli sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Deli shoots in looking for a takedown. Sosa tries to sprawl out of it but Deli keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sosa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mauricio Deli. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sosa throws a wild combination but nothing lands. A swing and a miss from Sosa. Deli looks for a takedown but Sosa sprawls well. Sosa throws a right hand that Deli ducks under and follows up with a left that Deli also avoids with ease. Nice takedown defense from Sosa. No joy for Deli on that attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sosa connects with a leg kick. Deli looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Sosa looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Sosa decides to pull guard. Sosa working for a triangle but Deli defends it easily.
Deli stays in close to Sosa's body and controls the position. Deli is in close to Sosa's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sosa looking for a guillotine here but Deli defends easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sosa working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Deli doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Deli manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Deli wants to control from the top but Sosa keeps moving. Sosa has his foot on Deli's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Deli works his way back into a safe position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Deli in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Deli has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Deli wants to pass the guard but Sosa is keeping the position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Deli is working hard here to advance position. Deli working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Deli wants to control from the top but Sosa keeps moving. Deli slips nicely into half guard.

Deli working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sosa is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Deli pulls his head out easily. Sosa is pressing down on Deli's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kiser Sosa dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Sosa lands a nice leg kick that just misses Deli's sensitive parts. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Deli is defended easily by Sosa. A head kick misses from Sosa. Deli shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sosa but Sosa pushes him off and we're back to square one. Mauricio Deli is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Deli shoots for a takedown but Sosa saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mauricio Deli. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sosa lands with a thumping leg kick.
Sosa misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Deli shoots for a double leg takedown but Sosa sprawls well. He's pushed Deli's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Deli takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Sosa scores with a jab. Deli uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sosa.
Sosa is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. A punch combination from Sosa misses. Sosa looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Deli wants to sweep but no luck. Sosa controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Deli knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sosa on the ground. Deli avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Deli is trying to control the position but Sosa postures up. Sosa won't allow Deli to get back to his feet. Sosa looking to pass the guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Deli preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Sosa thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Sosa drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Deli dives on top into guard. Sosa is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Deli trying to control the position from guard on top but Sosa is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Deli working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Sosa utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Deli throwing strikes but missing. Sosa is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Deli slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sosa is looking for a sweep. Deli throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Sosa works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Deli takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Deli drops an elbow to the side of Sosa's head. Deli is stalling here. Sosa is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Deli seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Sosa has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kiser Sosa showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Deli with a lazy takedown attempt and Sosa counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sosa shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Sosa seems to be looking for submissions.

Deli tries to kick Sosa off but Sosa keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sosa wants to take a breather but Deli is having none of it. Sosa stops Deli from getting back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Deli gets full guard. Sosa pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Deli is keeping the position for now. Sosa content to stall in guard here. Kiser Sosa has got the better of the ground game so far. Deli not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Sosa is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Sosa is trying to control the action in half guard but Deli is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kiser Sosa. Sosa paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sosa shoots in and bounces Deli off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Sosa looking to sit in guard and control but Deli gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Deli throws a big elbow that misses. Deli being controlled here momentarily. This has been an exciting period of action! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Deli trying to control but Sosa is working from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Kiser Sosa comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sosa has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
