Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between The Hulkster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vyacheslav Romanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hulkster fails to land with a series of punches.
Hulkster throws a sloppy head kick and Romanov moves out of range easily.
Hulkster swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Romanov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Romanov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hulkster was covering up waiting for the punch and Romanov finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Romanov passes Hulkster's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Romanov looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
