Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Texans Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snow comes to the cage accompanied by Showgoons - The hatred. Wolf has chosen FACE THE PAIN as his entrance music. Texans Wolf has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Snow! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Texans Wolf! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wolf looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Snow tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Wolf paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wolf misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Snow fakes the leg kick and cracks Wolf in the body. Snow fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wolf, pushing him back against the cage. Snow breaks the clinch.
Snow throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Wolf. Snow shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wolf but Wolf pushes him off and we're back to square one. Texans Wolf seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Snow closes the distance and clinches. Snow lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Wolf looks gassed! Wolf is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Snow to keep the fight standing. Snow connects with a nasty looking knee right to Wolf's face.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Snow goes for a takedown attempt but Wolf pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Wolf slaps away a takedown attempt from Snow, before circling back to the center of the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Snow. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wolf stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Snow scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Snow gets in close and instigates a clinch. Snow lands a nice knee to the body. Snow leaning his opponent against the cage. The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Snow for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Snow manages to break the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Snow fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Wolf has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Snow changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wolf tries to avoid it but Snow manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wolf to the ground. Wolf escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Snow jabs at Wolf's body. Wolf tries to keep at a distance but Snow has taken the fight into the clinch. Snow pulls guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Snow pulls Wolf in close to prevent any damage. Snow wants to stand but Wolf is controlling the position. Snow has Wolf pulled in close to control his posture.

The ref stands the fighters back up. John Snow wasn't doing enough on the ground. Snow fails with a takedown attempt. Snow clinches. Snow stalling the fight.
Wolf wants a takedown but no success here.
Snow breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Snow fails with a takedown attempt. Wolf shoots for a takedown but Snow saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Snow throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wolf's waist but Wolf gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Snow off to one side. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Snow.
Snow tries a head kick but it misses.
Snow throws a series of punches but Wolf avoids them all with ease. Snow fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wolf avoids it really well and circles away. Snow tries to close the distance and clinch up but Wolf swats him away and circles back towards the center. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wolf looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John Snow dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Snow fails with the takedown. Wolf clinches up with Snow and pushes him back against the cage. Snow looking to throw knees to the head but Wolf is blocking nicely.
Snow has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Wolf uses from the top position. Snow wants to sweep here but Wolf controlling him for the moment. Snow wants to stand up but Wolf is controlling him. Snow had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wolf defends it easily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Wolf trying to control the position from guard on top but Snow is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wolf is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Snow looking for a guillotine here but Wolf defends easily.
Wolf wants to control from the top but Snow keeps moving. Snow wants to stand and escape but Wolf is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wolf trying to control but Snow is working from the bottom. Wolf must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Texans Wolf has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Wolf has managed to clinch.
Snow breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wolf gets in close and instigates a clinch. Snow is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

The fight stays on the outside here - Snow looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Wolf tries to score a power double leg takedown but Snow sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wolf somewhat. Sloppy strikes from Snow. Those never looked like landing. Wolf closes the distance and clinches.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wolf's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Snow leaves Wolf with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Snow moves into range and clinches up with Wolf. Snow lands a left hand that snaps the head of Wolf backwards. Snow breaks the clinch.
Snow has managed to clinch.

Snow forces Wolf back against the cage and clinches. Snow lands a left hand that snaps the head of Wolf backwards. Wolf is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Snow gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Snow controlling the action here for a moment.
Snow throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Wolf blocks it with crossed arms. Snow breaks from the clinch.
Wolf shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Snow pinned against the cage. Snow gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Wolf takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Wolf has closed the distance and engaged Snow in a clinch.
Wolf takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Snow is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Snow escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Snow throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Wolf. Snow closes the distance and lands a one-two. Snow fails with the takedown. Snow lands a head kick!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Snow stalks Wolf and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Wolf's face. Wolf staggers backwards, shaken. Wolf moves into the clinch. Snow tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wolf blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. John Snow has scored more points in the clinch so far. Wolf jumps guard.
Snow stays in close to Wolf's body and controls the position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Snow seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Wolf for as long as he can get away with.
The ref stands the fighters back up because John Snow just wasn't active enough. Wolf misses with a body kick.

Snow fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wolf avoids it really well and circles away. Texans Wolf has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Snow. That's going to take a lot out of him. Snow stuffs the takedown. Wolf shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Snow as he jumps to the side. John Snow is winning the standup battle so far. Snow digs a good hook to Wolf's body.
John Snow is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. The fight moves into the clinch position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wolf has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Snow after a bit of a struggle. Snow is pressed up against the cage. Wolf has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Snow down to the mat. Snow avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Wolf gets tackled into the cage by Snow. Snow maintains the clinch. Snow slowing the pace effectively. Snow is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wolf can do to turn this around? With the two fighters working up against the cage, Wolf just misses with a elbow thrown towards Snow's brow. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wolf takes a knee right on the jaw!

And that's the end of the fight! John Snow showed his dominance in that final round. Well Snow has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
