The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monster throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Monster wants to break free but Lopez has control.

Lopez throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Monster blocks it with crossed arms.

Lopez tries to close the distance and clinch but Monster swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Popek Monster showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Lopez shoots in but Monster avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Monster lands with a right that hurts Lopez. Lopez looks to clinch but Monster throws a short knee that drops Lopez. This one is all over!
