The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Vymiatajec.
Vymiatajec throws a wild body kick that Ungar sees coming a mile off.
Ungar swings away with a body shot that misses
and Vymiatajec counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Stu Ungar has been cut.
Vymiatajec rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ungar moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Ungar lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Vymiatajec's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Ungar throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Ungar tries to clinch up but Vymiatajec circles away and keeps his distance.
Ungar throws out a powerful jab.
Ungar throws out a loose jab but Vymiatajec uses good head movement to avoid it.
Vymiatajec walks straight into a right hand from Ungar - that's dropped him! Ungar jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Vymiatajec from any more punishment! Vymiatajec complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
