Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Wanderlei Bustamante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Patrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bustamante's entrance music is Cryin' like a Bitch. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Wanderlei Bustamante! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Evan Patrick! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Patrick bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Patrick working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Patrick is trying to get an arm triangle but Bustamante is defending well. Bustamante tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Patrick wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Patrick thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bustamante seems a little lost for a moment, as Patrick dominates the positioning. Bustamante is not content to let Patrick control the position. Patrick misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Bustamante defending against the ground and pound. Bustamante is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Patrick tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bustamante sneaks back into half guard. Patrick is looking for a kimura here.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Patrick lands a nice short elbow. Bustamante trying to hold on to Patrick's head to control him but Patrick postures up.
Patrick is keen to just control but Bustamante is a slippery customer. Bustamante is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Patrick's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Patrick's back! Bustamante lands shots from the back. Bustamante doesn't have the hooks in and Patrick manages to turn into his guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Patrick looking to pass the guard. Patrick would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Bustamante looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Patrick passes Bustamante's left leg - he's now in half guard. Patrick wants to work for an arm triangle but Bustamante is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Patrick is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Bustamante sees it coming and defends easily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Patrick is looking to take a break and control but Bustamante is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Patrick is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Patrick is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Bustamante has managed to free his arm - good work. Bustamante desperately trying to maintain half guard.

Bustamante tries to roll over but Patrick keeps him under control. Patrick is looking to advance position but Bustamante won't allow it. Bustamante is looking to control Patrick's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bustamante avoid being mounted?
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Wanderlei Bustamante. Bustamante scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Patrick wants to improve his position but Bustamante is controlling well.
Patrick works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Patrick is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bustamante defends well. Patrick looking for a sweep. Not yet Patrick, not yet. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bustamante stands up over Patrick, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Patrick is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bustamante is aware though and is defending well. Patrick has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bustamante can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Patrick looks gassed! Bustamante advances position into side control! Patrick takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Patrick manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Bustamante is trying to control. Patrick wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Patrick trying to control from the bottom.
Bustamante landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Evan Patrick dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Bustamante punishes Patrick's body with a nice straight punch. Patrick tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bustamante sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Patrick somewhat. Bustamante looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Patrick! Patrick bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Patrick accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bustamante is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bustamante is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bustamante manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Patrick manages to get himself to full guard.
Patrick wants to hit a switch here but Bustamante passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Patrick there! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bustamante lands a heavy elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bustamante lands a big elbow. Patrick is looking to get to half guard. Patrick takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Bustamante dominating with strikes here. Bustamante scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Patrick?
Patrick is rocked! Patrick is wriggling around trying to escape.
Patrick is still in real trouble! Can Bustamante finish him? Bustamante connects with a bit shot that sees Patrick covering up! More strikes from Bustamante and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Bustamante is our winner by TKO!
