Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damian Dupont (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Benton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benton has chosen Kung Fu Fighting as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dupont throws a series of punches but Benton moves out of range.
Dupont misses with a body kick.
Dupont drops Benton with a right and a left! Dupont comes rushing in but Benton regains his composure and manages to keep Dupont in guard.
Benton is rocked!
Benton has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dupont can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Benton is still in real trouble! Can Dupont finish him?
Dupont has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Benton is proving hard to escape from.
Benton is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Benton seems to have recovered his senses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Dupont shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Benton's guard.

Dupont stuffs the takedown attempt from Benton. Benton gets slowly back to his feet.

and Benton counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Dupont is defending against the submission attempts here by Benton.
Dupont is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Dupont looks like he's trying to stand up.
Benton looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Benton is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Dupont wants to control but Benton is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Benton has an Americana. Dupont didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Benton is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Benton hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
