Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Penoir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernard Madoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penoir doesn't manage to clinch there - Madoff circles away.
Penoir swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Penoir misses with an uppercut. Madoff saw that one coming.
Penoir changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Madoff looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Penoir connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Madoff some visible discomfort.

Madoff feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mario Penoir will probably get the nod.
