Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Porradeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Newhouse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Newhouse has chosen Intro - DMX as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porradeiro closes the distance and clinches up with Newhouse, looking for a takedown. Porradeiro pushes Newhouse against the cage but Newhouse circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Porradeiro shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Newhouse as he jumps to the side.
Porradeiro closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Porradeiro is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Newhouse is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Porradeiro tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Porradeiro has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Newhouse is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Porradeiro's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Porradeiro is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Newhouse is just riding it out for now. Porradeiro eventually gives up the hold.
Porradeiro is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Newhouse looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.

Newhouse is looking to escape.
Newhouse is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Porradeiro is pressing down on Newhouse's thigh, looking to free his foot. Newhouse is holding on for now.
Newhouse is trying to stand up here but Porradeiro is controlling him well.
Porradeiro is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Newhouse really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Porradeiro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Porradeiro is breathing heavily.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Porradeiro closes this distance looking for a takedown but Newhouse circles away.

Porradeiro gets caught flat footed, as Newhouse shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Newhouse wants to stand but Porradeiro has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Porradeiro is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Porradeiro has a closed guard, preventing Newhouse from standing up.
Porradeiro bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Newhouse's guard.

Porradeiro has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Newhouse is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Porradeiro yanks on the arm and Newhouse is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Porradeiro.
