PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kublai Congo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luna Soleil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Congo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Lil' Jamal - Genetic For Terror. Soleil has chosen Solitaire Unraveling as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Congo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Soleil listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Congo moves out of range as Soleil strikes.
Congo slips a straight right by Soleil.
Congo works over Soleil's head and body with a nice combination.
Congo walks into a straight right hand from Soleil.
Soleil moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Soleil walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Congo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Some bone on bone action there as Congo checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Soleil ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Congo moves away.
Congo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Congo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Soleil sprawls well. Soleil wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Congo gets slowly back to his feet.
Soleil shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Luna Soleil seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Congo takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Soleil tries to work over Congo's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Soleil breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

I would just about give that final round to Luna Soleil.
