The ref stands the fighters back up. Mercito Gesta was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Gesta avoids the head kick by Deep.

Gesta scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Deep wants to control but Gesta is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Gesta stalling away here and it's allowed Deep to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Gesta content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Deep has locked up a guillotine! Deep's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Gesta is holding on here and Deep must be using up a lot of energy. Gesta has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Deep gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
