Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Diego Faustos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Beaumont McHale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beaumont McHale told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

With a record of 34 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Beaumont McHale!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faustos tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Faustos misses with a jab, cross combination.
McHale misses with a straight right.
McHale uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Faustos.
Faustos buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A nice inside leg kick there by Faustos. That's going to slow McHale down.
Faustos tries to close the distance and clinch up but McHale swats him away and circles back towards the center.
McHale misses with a lunging right hand
and Faustos counters with a nice body shot.
Faustos throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Beaumont McHale has been cut.
Faustos goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McHale dives in and grabs Faustos's left leg, looking for a takedown. Faustos pushes down on McHale's head and hops out.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Faustos stuns McHale with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
McHale walks into a left hand.
Left hook, right uppercut from Faustos.
Faustos will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
McHale showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Faustos.
Faustos ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Faustos throws a sloppy head kick and McHale moves out of range easily.

McHale throws a leg kick but Faustos checks it.
McHale looks to land a combination but Faustos avoids it well.
Diego Faustos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Faustos throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Faustos lands with a nice combination. McHale backs away looking to recover.

That has opened up Beaumont McHale's cut even more.
Faustos tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
McHale walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
McHale throws a right and a left that Faustos avoids nicely.
A head kick misses from Faustos.
Faustos tries to close the distance and clinch up but McHale swats him away and circles back towards the center.

McHale gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Faustos.

Faustos is looking to wear down McHale with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
McHale misses with a series of wild punches.
McHale on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

McHale is rocked!
Faustos fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked McHale out cold! Brutal finish!
