The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Wamutumbo.
Wamutumbo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Wamutumbo throws a head kick but Chow moves out of range.
Wamutumbo scores with a jab to the head.
Wamutumbo throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Chow's head.
Wamutumbo misses with a head kick.
Wamutumbo lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Wamutumbo lands with a right hand.
Chow takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Chow shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wamutumbo as he jumps to the side.
Wamutumbo misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wamutumbo throws a nice head kick!
Chow shoots in and gets a takedown into Wamutumbo's guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Chow is stalling in the full guard.
Wamutumbo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Chow on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Chow thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Wamutumbo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Wamutumbo tries to get out of the position.
Chow is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Wamutumbo is wriggling around but Chow manages to pass to half guard.
Chow works his way into side control.
Chow is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wamutumbo is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Chow in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Wamutumbo is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
