Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kaarlo Volkano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anselmi Hamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Volkano comes to the ring accompanied by Graveyard - Hisingen Blues. Hamara comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ruoska - Kiroan kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Volkano avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Hamara walks into a jab.
It looks like Anselmi Hamara has been cut.
Volkano stuffs the takedown.
Volkano takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Hamara ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Volkano moves away.

and Volkano counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Hamara checks a leg kick.

Hamara stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Volkano.
Hamara thuds a left hand into Volkano's body.
Volkano takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Hamara drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Hamara avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hamara wanted to stand there but Volkano had control of the position.
Hamara stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Volkano has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Hamara manages to get his head free but now Volkano has transitioned to an armbar! Hamara grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Volkano! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

Kaarlo Volkano really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that BioLuvoil logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
