Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Shaun Tomlinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Willer Webster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tomlinson comes to the cage accompanied by evil deeds. Webster is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Toby Mac - The Slam. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Shaun Tomlinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Willer Webster! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tomlinson misses with a takedown and Webster counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Tomlinson! Tomlinson wants to hold on but Webster pushes him away. Webster punching from mount but Tomlinson doing a good job of avoiding damage. Webster wants to finish this one by submission but Tomlinson is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Webster. Tomlinson tries to lock up and control but Webster gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Webster looking to secure an arm triangle but Tomlinson defends it well. Webster looking to ground and pound but Tomlinson is blocking nicely. Webster landing strikes, looking to finish! Tomlinson tries to hold on but Webster postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tomlinson holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Webster tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Webster avoids the attempt from Tomlinson to control. Webster throws some wild stikes that Tomlinson manages to avoid easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tomlinson tries to lock up and control but Webster gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Tomlinson is wriggling around trying to escape.
Webster working away from the top, dropping strikes. Webster has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Tomlinson's face.
Tomlinson can't escape the position.
Webster looking for a guillotine from mount but Tomlinson is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Webster throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Tomlinson because Webster loaded up on that one. This has been an exciting period of action! Webster is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Tomlinson to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Tomlinson shrugs it off. Webster misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Willer Webster dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Tomlinson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Webster swivels and escapes. Tomlinson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Webster tries to avoid it but Tomlinson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Webster to the ground. Webster escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Tomlinson shoots in looking for a takedown but Webster manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tomlinson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shaun Tomlinson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Tomlinson shoots for a double leg takedown but Webster sprawls well. He's pushed Tomlinson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Tomlinson clinches up with Webster and pushes him back against the cage. Webster breaks the clinch.
Tomlinson gets caught napping as Webster dives in and scores a takedown. Tomlinson manages to retain guard. Webster drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Webster jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Webster stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tomlinson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Willer Webster has got the better of the ground game so far. Webster drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Tomlinson dives on top into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tomlinson looking to sit in guard and control but Webster gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Webster has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Webster drops back looking for a leg! Tomlinson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tomlinson manages to kick Webster off! Webster jumps back into Tomlinson's guard. Tomlinson working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Webster.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Webster scoring with some ground and pound. Webster tries to free his leg and advance position but Tomlinson is retaining full guard. Webster throwing strikes but missing. Tomlinson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Webster trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Webster postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Webster stands and steps away. Tomlinson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Webster misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Webster decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Webster wants to work for an arm triangle but Tomlinson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Webster escapes and gets back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Willer Webster showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Tomlinson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Webster sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tomlinson somewhat. Webster tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tomlinson swivels and escapes. Tomlinson drives through with a takedown into Webster's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Tomlinson is fighting to break Webster's control of his arms but Webster is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Tomlinson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Tomlinson looking to sit in guard and control but Webster gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Webster drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Webster as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Tomlinson screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Webster! Nice submission victory there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Willer Webster! After the fight, Willer Webster was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
