Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doctor Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and kenny mckenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). kenny mckenzie has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Doctor Turk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, kenny mckenzie!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turk shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with mckenzie but mckenzie pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Turk!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Turk throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! mckenzie escapes and throws Turk's legs to the side, diving into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
mckenzie controls the position from side control.
Turk could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

mckenzie wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Turk, who protects the arm well.

Turk is trying to get back to half guard.
Turk tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but mckenzie presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
mckenzie is in the full mount, landing strikes.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
mckenzie with shots to the head and body - Turk looks very uncomfortable down there.

Turk is rocked!
mckenzie lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Oh Turk is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
mckenzie postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Turk in real trouble here! The ref calls for Turk to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
