Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marek Gdovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scotty McFinnagan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McFinnagan has chosen I'm Shipping Up to Boston as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marek Gdovin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scotty McFinnagan!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McFinnagan misses with a head kick.
A head kick misses from McFinnagan.
McFinnagan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Gdovin showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from McFinnagan.
Gdovin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McFinnagan as he jumps to the side.
McFinnagan throws a nice head kick!
A right-left combo lands from McFinnagan.
McFinnagan connects with a right hand. Gdovin shakes it off.
Gdovin fails with the takedown
and McFinnagan counters with a one-two to the body.
McFinnagan slaps away a takedown attempt from Gdovin, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marek Gdovin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gdovin shoots in looking for a takedown but McFinnagan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gdovin's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Gdovin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
McFinnagan looks for the body kick but Gdovin saw that one coming.

and McFinnagan counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Gdovin is breathing heavily.
McFinnagan punishes Gdovin's body with a nice straight punch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McFinnagan stalks Gdovin and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Gdovin's face. Gdovin staggers backwards, shaken.
McFinnagan lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Scotty McFinnagan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gdovin fails to land the takedown.
McFinnagan pushes Gdovin away with a front kick.
McFinnagan lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Gdovin at a distance.
McFinnagan keeps Gdovin at a distance using the push kick.
Gdovin takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
McFinnagan throws a sloppy head kick and Gdovin moves out of range easily.
McFinnagan scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Gdovin doesn't succeed with the takedown
and McFinnagan counters with a one-two to the body.

Gdovin is rocked!
Gdovin with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling McFinnagan to score with a decent uppercut.
Oh Gdovin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Look low, kick high! McFinnagan uses the oldest trick in the book to send Gdovin tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! McFinnagan is absolutely delighted - when Gdovin wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
