Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fink McIllhenny (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Pinto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Fink McIllhenny! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jose Pinto! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Seu Braga and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McIllhenny scores with a jab to the body. Good shot there by McIllhenny. Pinto takes a swing at McIllhenny's ribcage but misses. A big left from Pinto misses. Pinto displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McIllhenny throws out the jab. A swing and a miss from McIllhenny. Pinto shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. McIllhenny stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. McIllhenny misses with a looping left. McIllhenny thumps Pinto with a low kick. Pinto misses with a takedown attempt - McIllhenny sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. McIllhenny comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pinto throws a right hand that McIllhenny ducks under and follows up with a left that McIllhenny also avoids with ease. The crowd cheers as McIllhenny lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pinto doesn't seem phased though. McIllhenny scores with a punch to the head. McIllhenny thows a left - swing and a miss! Pinto misses with a looping left. McIllhenny rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pinto moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Pinto scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. McIllhenny ducks under a wild hook from Pinto. Pinto misses with the combination.
Pinto wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pinto needs to keep his hands up - McIllhenny had a free shot at his head there. Pinto fails with the takedown and McIllhenny counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. McIllhenny lands a glancing blow to the side of Pinto's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McIllhenny comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. McIllhenny connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Pinto is rocked! McIllhenny is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. A nice inside leg kick there by McIllhenny. That's going to slow Pinto down. Pinto is still on wobbly legs! Can McIllhenny finish him? McIllhenny lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Pinto falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Fink McIllhenny! Fink McIllhenny spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
