Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kage Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milan Michalek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dixon comes to the cage accompanied by Aaron Lewis - Country Boy. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kage Dixon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Milan Michalek!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixon throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Michalek.

Dixon throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Michalek was covering up waiting for the punch and Dixon finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Dixon trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Dixon advances to half guard.
Dixon not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Michalek is trying to control but can't.
Dixon wants to free his trapped foot but Michalek is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Dixon seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Michalek does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Dixon wants to work for an arm triangle but Michalek is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Dixon thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Michalek's head.

Dixon is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Michalek is just riding it out for now. Dixon eventually gives up the hold.

Dixon would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Dixon drops back looking for a leg! Michalek is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Michalek manages to kick Dixon off! Dixon jumps back into Michalek's guard.
Michalek is pulling down on Dixon's head. It's preventing any offense from Dixon, at least for the moment.
Dixon tries to free his leg and advance position but Michalek is retaining full guard.

Dixon stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Dixon throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Michalek to counter with a crisp jab.
Michalek keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

It looks like Kage Dixon has been cut.
Dixon tries to bum rush Michalek with a series of wild strikes but Michalek uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Dixon misses with a double jab.
Dixon misses with a low kick as Michalek jumps back.
A punch combination from Dixon misses.
Michalek's jab looks to have found its range, popping Dixon under the eye.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dixon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Michalek throws a nice inside leg kick.
Dixon is breathing heavily.

and Michalek counters with an inside leg kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
A punch lands to the side of Dixon 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Dixon needs to keep his hands up - Michalek had a free shot at his head there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Milan Michalek dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Kage Dixon's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Michalek cracks Dixon on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Dixon falls backwards against the cage. Michalek follows up with more strikes that drop Dixon to his knees. Michalek keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Dixon! This one is all over!
