Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Gervais Tremblay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zach Poe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gervais Tremblay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Zach Poe! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Poe throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Tremblay tries to clinch and Poe holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Poe is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Tremblay is defending well. Tremblay tries to land knees in the clinch but Poe avoids the damage to the body. Poe turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Poe manages to end up in side control. Tremblay stops Poe from passing to mount. Tremblay wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! The referee asks Poe politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Poe prefers to stall for the moment though. Tremblay is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Poe has just dragged him back down to the mat. Poe happy to just control the position for now. Tremblay is trying to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Poe blocks the strikes from Tremblay.
Tremblay might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Tremblay wants to get back to his feet but Poe drags him back down. Poe happy to just control the position for now. Poe has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Sloppy strikes from Poe. Those never looked like landing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tremblay is looking to clinch but Poe is avoiding it.
Tremblay gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Poe seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Poe slips nicely into half guard. Poe controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Poe is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Tremblay is looking to get back to is feet but Poe passes into side control.
Poe stands up and beckons Tremblay to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tremblay gets caught napping as Poe dives in and scores a takedown. Tremblay manages to retain guard. Tremblay is breathing heavily. Poe content to stall in guard here. Poe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Poe is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Poe stands up over Tremblay, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Poe engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zach Poe dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Poe throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tremblay was covering up waiting for the punch and Poe finishes the takedown easily into guard. Poe lands a couple of elbows. Poe pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tremblay is keeping the position for now. Poe content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Poe forces his way into half guard. Poe working the head and body with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Poe scoring with strikes to the body and head. Poe performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Poe uses his free foot to push down on Tremblay's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tremblay. Poe looking to finish Tremblay with some ground and pound. This is bad for Tremblay! Poe wants to finish this one by submission but Tremblay is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Poe.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Poe landing strikes from the mount and Tremblay is in trouble! Poe content just to control the position here. Poe goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Tremblay is on top in guard.
Zach Poe has got the better of the ground game so far. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Poe lands a good elbow from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tremblay trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Poe holds on and takes a little breather. Poe is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tremblay defends well. Poe pulls Tremblay in close to prevent any damage. Tremblay trying to control but Poe is working from the bottom. Tremblay won't allow Poe to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tremblay throws a strike but Poe rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Tremblay avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Poe controlling from the top position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Poe circles away from the clinch attempt so Poe counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Poe postures up in Tremblay's guard and throws a big left but Tremblay blocks it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zach Poe showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Tremblay lands a jab to Poe's midsection. Tremblay avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tremblay tries to clinch but fails miserably and Poe counters by moving into the clinch. Tremblay misses with a punch to the body.
Poe has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Tremblay wants to break the clinch but can't.
Poe changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tremblay fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Tremblay wants to clinch up but Poe keeps it at a distance. Tremblay tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Tremblay clinches up with Poe and pushes him back against the cage. Tremblay wants to break free but Poe has control.
Poe pulls guard effortlessly. Poe not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tremblay got a little sloppy there for a moment and Poe has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Tremblay has managed to get both his arms back between Poe's legs - danger averted. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tremblay throws a big right hand that misses. Poe is pulling down on Tremblay's head. It's preventing any offense from Tremblay, at least for the moment. Poe bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tremblay's guard. Poe takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Tremblay wants to stand and escape but Poe is having none of it. Poe passes into half guard. Poe wants to pass the guard but Tremblay is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tremblay is defending against the submission attempts here by Poe.
Poe is keen to just control but Tremblay is a slippery customer. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Poe stops Tremblay from getting back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tremblay scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Poe manages to mount him!
Poe with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

And that's the end of the fight! Zach Poe comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Poe winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
