The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koscheck is looking to clinch but Chuwattana is avoiding it.

Koscheck can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Koscheck is looking to control Chuwattana's arms but Chuwattana gets an underhook and turns him. Now Koscheck has his back to the cage.

Maybe Koscheck would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much.

The crowd cheers as Chuwattana lands an impressive looking overhand right. Koscheck doesn't seem phased though.

Chuwattana connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Koscheck covering up! Chuwattana comes in with a big uppercut and Koscheck goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
