Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bej Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Nolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luke Nolan is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nolan is looking to clinch but Johnson is avoiding it.
Some wild striking there from Johnson.
Nolan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Johnson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nolan misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Johnson looks to land a combination but Nolan avoids it well.
Nice body kick there by Nolan.
Nolan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

and Johnson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Johnson wants the takedown. Nolan is fighting it off but Johnson persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Nolan's guard against the cage.

Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nolan paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Nolan counters with a thumping low kick.
Nolan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Johnson swivels and escapes.

Johnson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Nolan to keep the fight standing.

Nolan creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Nolan tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Johnson tries a body shot but Nolan blocks it.
Nolan jumps guard but Johnson turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Nolan is trying to maintain a safe position but Johnson gets an underhook and turns Nolan into the cage.
Johnson tries to pull guard but Nolan holds him up against the cage and eventually Johnson drops back down to his feet.

Nolan wants to get back to striking at distance but Johnson won't allow it.

Johnson lands a hook to the side of the head.
Johnson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Johnson breaks the clinch.

Johnson gets tackled into the cage by Nolan. Nolan maintains the clinch.

Johnson is pressed up against the cage. Nolan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Johnson down to the mat. Johnson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Nolan fails to land the takedown.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Bej Johnson will probably get the nod.

Nolan doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Johnson counters with a three punch combo that has Nolan backing up. Nolan nods at Johnson to acknowledge the strikes.

Nolan is rocked!
Nolan drops his hands momentarily. Johnson doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Nolan staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Nolan doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bej Johnson!
