Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

Carwin looks for a takedown but Zandig sprawls well.

Carwin tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Zandig just stands there and leans against the cage.

Zandig tries to free his leg and advance position but Carwin is retaining full guard.
Carwin looking for a guillotine here but Zandig defends easily.

Carwin has his foot on Zandig's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Zandig works his way back into a safe position though.
Zandig pushes down on Carwin's leg and manages to get into half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Zandig thows a huge punch but Carwin dodges it nicely.
Carwin makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Carwin.
Carwin has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Zandig doesn't defend quickly enough and Carwin has managed to lock this one up! Can Zandig escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Carwin on a fantastic submission victory.
