Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Haye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erkki Torkylainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torkylainen has chosen Sky Residents - Krilia as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, David Haye! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Erkki Torkylainen! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Torkylainen moves forwards but Haye connects with a nice, crisp jab. Haye lands a jab. Torkylainen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Torkylainen walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Haye works the jab nicely. Torkylainen's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Haye connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Torkylainen scrambles back to his feet. Haye lands with a nice body punch. David Haye seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Haye shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Torkylainen eats them both and turns towards Haye to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Haye lunges at Torkylainen with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Torkylainen's hand. Torkylainen slips a jab from Haye. Torkylainen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Haye as he jumps to the side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haye moves into the clinch successfully.
Torkylainen pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Haye blocks the elbow strike.
Torkylainen looks to throw an elbow but misses. The referee is keeping an eye on Haye - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Haye misses with a short punch on the inside. Haye misses with a hook to the ribs.
Haye is trying to push Torkylainen away but Torkylainen has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Torkylainen gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like David Haye has been cut. Haye takes an elbow to the forehead. Haye blocks an elbow strike from Torkylainen.
Haye wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Haye doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Torkylainen pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Haye takes an elbow to the temple.
David Haye's cut is getting worse.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Haye throws a punch but it's blocked by Torkylainen. Torkylainen gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
David Haye's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Haye avoids a wild elbow strike from Torkylainen. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Torkylainen just misses with a elbow thrown towards Haye's brow. Haye swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Torkylainen comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Jeez, David Haye's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Torkylainen lands a nice elbow.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at David Haye's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Erkki Torkylainen! Erkki Torkylainen was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
