Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Angus McZongo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Garrido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McZongo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Skiltron- Sword and Shield. Fred Garrido has the eye of the tiger tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Fred Garrido!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garrido fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McZongo avoids it really well and circles away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Garrido is defended easily by McZongo.
McZongo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McZongo lands with a good body shot.
Garrido moves forwards but McZongo connects with a nice, crisp jab.
McZongo works over Garrido's head and body with a nice combination.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A nice leg kick lands there from McZongo.
McZongo is pawing at Garrido, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Garrido's nose. Garrido is badly hurt! McZongo pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Garrido tries desperately to hold on but McZongo is relentless in his assault! As Garrido receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls McZongo away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Angus McZongo!
A very excited looking Angus McZongo made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
