Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mark Dunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tau Okar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dunn comes to the cage accompanied by Diary of a Madman. Tau Okar struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 137.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Dunn! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 8 - 1, fighting out of New York, Tau Okar! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Dean Styles and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dunn looks to score with a jab to the body but Okar is just out of range. Okar staying out of range there. Dunn thows a left - swing and a miss! Okar doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Dunn bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Dunn swats away the attempt to clinch by Okar. Okar throws a hook but Dunn avoids it easily. Dunn scores with a jab. Okar with a nice cross. Okar tries to clinch but fails miserably and Dunn finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Okar tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dunn swats him away and circles back towards the center. Okar falls off balance throwing a combination

Okar tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Dunn manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Dunn tried to score with a low kick but Okar checks it. Okar throws a series of punches but Dunn moves out of range. Dunn keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Okar. Dunn tries to clinch there but Okar circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Okar throws a nice inside leg kick. Okar ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Dunn looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Dunn throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dunn wants to work for an arm triangle but Okar is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Okar is looking for a sweep. Dunn is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Dunn seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Okar does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Dunn throwing shots but Okar is blocking nicely. Dunn thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Okar won't allow Dunn to pass to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dunn sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Okar defending well though. Dunn is looking for a kimura but Okar is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Dunn to get the leverage. Dunn passes to full mount! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Okar wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Dunn.
Dunn throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Okar because Dunn loaded up on that one. Poor strikes thrown by Dunn there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Okar tries to get back to half guard but can't. Dunn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Okar is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Dunn lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Okar hang on? Dunn looking to control and managing it successfully. Dunn wants to control the pace but Okar is squirming around nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Okar holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Dunn tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dunn working the ground and pound effectively.
Okar is rocked! Oooooh, big shot lands for Dunn! Okar is hurt baaadly! Dunn is firing away with more strikes - Okar is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
