Cunnigham comes to the cage accompanied by Jeremy. Package has chosen Wait -- Earshot as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Package is looking to clinch.
Package scores with a kick to the midsection.
Package does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Cunnigham shoots for a double leg takedown but Package sprawls well. He's pushed Cunnigham's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Package tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Cunnigham has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Cunnigham throws an elbow that misses. Package uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Cunnigham's guard. Nice move by Package!
Cunnigham wants to sweep but no luck.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Cunnigham has his foot on Package's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Package works his way back into a safe position though.

Cunnigham has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Package doesn't defend quickly enough and Cunnigham has managed to lock this one up! Can Package escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Cunnigham on a fantastic submission victory.
