Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kim Sung il!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darc connects with a single shot there.
A big right from Darc misses.

Danie Darc seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sung il.
Darc digs a good hook to Sung il's body.
Sung il avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sung il steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Darc.
Sung il ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Sung il fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Darc avoids it really well and circles away.
Sung il scores with a takedown into Darc's guard.
Sung il wants to control from the top but Darc keeps moving.

Sung il drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sung il jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sung il drops back looking for a leg! Darc is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Darc manages to kick Sung il off! Sung il jumps back into Darc's guard.
Sung il pushes down on Darc's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Sung il is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Darc doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sung il.
Darc wants to get back to his feet.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Sung il keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Sung il wants to control but Darc is keeping him busy.
Sung il is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Darc on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Darc tries to get out of the position.
Sung il is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Darc sees it coming and defends easily.
Darc looks like he's trying to stand up.

A close round but Kim Sung il will probably get the nod.

Sung il looks for a takedown but Darc sprawls well.

Sung il shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Darc defends it nicely.

Sung il doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Darc scores with a counter punch that sends Sung il to the canvas! Darc smells blood - he's punishing Sung il with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Sung il has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Danie Darc!
After winning the bout, Danie Darc thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
