The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manson scores with a spinning back kick!
Manson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Pelle lands a nice shot that snaps Manson's head back.
Pelle ducks under a wild hook from Manson.

and Manson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Pelle thinking.

Rinta Pelle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pelle moves forwards but Manson connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Manson jabs Pelle right on the nose. Pelle blinks but takes it well.
Manson misses with a wild body shot.
Manson connects with a solid leg kick.
Pelle throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Manson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Manson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pelle.
Pelle is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Pelle steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Manson.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Manson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pelle swivels and escapes.
Pelle misses with a hook. Manson ducked under it nicely.

Manson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pelle takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Pelle connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Manson momentarily.
Manson throws a hook but Pelle blocks it.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Manson.
Pelle misses with a few strikes there.
Manson lands a jab to Pelle's midsection.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Manson connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Pelle crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Manson - the referee stops the clock and Pelle gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Manson. Pelle manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

A jab lands there for Manson.
Manson cracks Pelle on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Pelle falls backwards against the cage. Manson follows up with more strikes that drop Pelle to his knees. Manson keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Pelle! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Charlie Manson!
A relieved looking Charlie Manson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
