The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves tries to clinch but Bonafacio is having none of it.
Bonafacio misses with a takedown attempt - Alves sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Bonafacio connects with a nice cross there... Alves is looking wobbly and Bonafacio recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Alves to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Bonafacio jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
