The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thedore throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Thedore is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lang is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Thedore stands up and beckons Lang to his feet.

Lang throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Thedore was covering up waiting for the punch and Lang finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Lang knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Thedore on the ground.
Lang throws a big elbow that misses.
Thedore is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Lang is controlling him.

Thedore looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Lang is defending well. Thedore quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Lang has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Thedore celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
