Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Carlo Greco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Carlo Greco has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Carlo Greco seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva scores with a hook to the body. Greco takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Greco shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Silva manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Silva lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Silva.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Greco changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Greco manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Greco moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Silva parries the strikes from Greco easily there. Greco is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Silva to escape.
A lull in the action here as Greco stalls from top position.
Silva is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Greco has just dragged him back down to the mat.
