Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Bosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarred Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Bosh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jarred Rose! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rose tries to clinch but Bosh moves out of range. Bosh throws a good cross that connects.
Bosh shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Rose looks to land a left hand but Bosh moved out of range nicely. Bosh changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rose tries to avoid it but Bosh manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rose to the ground. Rose escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bosh throws a jab but it's blocked by Rose. Bosh fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Bosh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rose is looking to clinch but Bosh is avoiding it.
Bosh comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Bosh circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bosh throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rose fails to land the takedown. Bosh shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rose defends it nicely. Bosh fails with the takedown so Rose counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Bosh controls Rose momentarily but Rose frees himself. Rose wants to control from the top but Bosh keeps moving. Bosh looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bosh working for a triangle but Rose defends it easily.
Rose is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Rose trying to control but Bosh is working from the bottom. Rose postures up in Bosh's guard and throws a big left but Bosh blocks it. Bosh looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Rose is defending well. Bosh quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Rose has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Bosh celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Chris Bosh! During a confident post fight interview, Chris Bosh thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
