The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fathy throws a quick inside leg kick.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Fathy.
Fathy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pulian tries to clinch but Fathy moves away
and Fathy counters with a nice body kick.
Jab, jab by Pulian - just one landing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Fathy counters with a head kick that drops Pulian to the mat! Pulian scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Pulian is rocked!
Pulian takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Pulian is still on wobbly legs! Can Fathy finish him?
Pulian looks gassed!
Fathy throws a front kick that sends Pulian stumbling back into the ropes.
A head kick by Fathy - that's a beauty! Pulian is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Fathy can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Sherif Fathy!
