Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alik Tseiko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Old Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fighter shoots in for a takedown but Tseiko shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Tseiko rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Fighter counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Fighter wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Fighter is trying to stall.
Fighter wants to get back to striking at distance but Tseiko won't allow it.

Fighter gets caught flat footed, as Tseiko shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Fighter doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Tseiko will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Fighter can do anything to dispel that myth.

Fighter is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Tseiko pulls his head out easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Tseiko lands a nice short elbow.

Tseiko postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Tseiko pushes down on Fighter's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Tseiko works his way into side control.
Fighter is looking for a sweep.
Tseiko is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Fighter's shoulder. That is not cool.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Tseiko is staying tight to Fighter's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Tseiko has control of Fighter's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Fighter regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Tseiko tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tseiko has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Fighter defend it? Tseiko steps over the head and cranks it - Fighter is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Tseiko!
