The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McPunches stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bobby.
McPunches throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
McPunches rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bobby moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McPunches shoots in but Bobby avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Bobby fails to land the takedown.
McPunches looks to land a right hand but Bobby moved out of range.

Bobby escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Bobby fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. McPunches sprawls well initially but Bobby persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

McPunches is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

McPunches wants to sweep but no luck.
