Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Kyle Kingston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bert Kreischer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Kyle Kingston! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bert Kreischer! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shigeki Fujiwara and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kreischer misses with a left hand and Kingston counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Bert Kreischer has been cut. Kreischer fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Bert Kreischer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kingston staggers Kreischer with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Kreischer looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kingston rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kreischer moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kingston shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Kreischer throws a low kick but Kingston moves out of range easily. Kreischer lands with a cross. Kreischer throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kingston's head.
It looks like Kyle Kingston has been cut. A head kick misses from Kreischer. Kreischer lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Kreischer throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Kreischer avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kingston misses with a double jab
and Kreischer counters with a left to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kreischer with a hook. Kreischer swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kingston checks the leg kick. Kreischer swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kingston takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Kreischer works over Kingston's head and body with a nice combination. A left and a right from Kreischer both land. Nice combination. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kingston drops his hands momentarily and Kreischer takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Kreischer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
An inside leg kick lands from Kreischer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kreischer lands a high kick!
Kingston on the wrong end of a nice jab. Kreischer takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Kreischer pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Kingston scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Kreischer to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.
That has opened up Bert Kreischer's cut even more. A clash of legs there as Kreischer blocks the low kick. Kreischer lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kreischer. Kreischer is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kingston. Kreischer throws a looping overhand right but Kingston ducks down to avoid it. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kingston staggers Kreischer with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Kreischer looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Kingston is victorious!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kyle Kingston! A less than humble Kyle Kingston misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
