Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davy Guimba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guimba has chosen Hi my name is as his entrance music. Davy Guimba is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guimba rushes Silva and presses him up against the cage.
Silva goes for a takedown attempt but Guimba pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Guimba swivels and escapes.
Guimba gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Guimba is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Silva is defending well.
Guimba gets control of Silva's arms and successfully pulls guard. Guimba will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Guimba is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Silva is looking to work some ground and pound but Guimba has wrist control.
Silva throws a big right hand that misses.
Silva stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Guimba swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Guimba looking to hit a scissor sweep but Silva is one step ahead there.

Guimba controls Silva momentarily but Silva frees himself.
Guimba working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Silva cracks Guimba with a solid left hand.

Silva keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Guimba's head.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That was a close round but I would say that Daniel Silva will probably get the nod.

Silva is stalling here. Guimba is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Silva seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Guimba has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Guimba throws a front kick that sends Silva stumbling back into the cage.

Davy Guimba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice body kick there by Guimba.
Guimba throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Silva looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Guimba keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully.

Guimba is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Silva makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Silva feints and as Guimba raises his hands in defense, Silva changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Silva manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Guimba on his heels. He'll look to pass Guimba's guard now, I'm sure.

Silva has gone for a leg lock! Guimba slips out almost immediately though and dives into Silva's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Guimba accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Davy Guimba has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Silva shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Guimba defends it nicely.

Guimba shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silva but Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Davy Guimba comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Silva has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Daniel Silva spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
