The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Myne is predictable there
and Uesugi counters with a nice uppercut.
Myne walks into a jab.
A punch combination from Myne misses.
Uesugi lands a head kick!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Myne does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Myne throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Uesugi.
Uesugi throws a head kick but Myne moves out of range.
Uesugi scores with a shot to the body.
Myne is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Uesugi.
Myne avoids the head kick by Uesugi.

Myne throws a right and a left that Uesugi avoids nicely.
Myne throws a series of punches but Uesugi moves out of range.
Uesugi slips a jab and a cross from Myne.
Uesugi wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Myne digs a good body shot into Uesugi's ribs.

Myne has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Uesugi.
Myne walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Myne rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Uesugi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The fighters circling - Myne throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Myne gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Myne looks to land a body kick but Uesugi moved away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Uesugi throws a nice inside leg kick.
Myne shoots in looking for a takedown. Uesugi tries to sprawl out of it but Myne keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Uesugi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Uesugi throws a nice outside leg kick.
Myne takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Crunch! Uesugi slams his shin into Myne's torso.
Myne on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Uesugi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Myne has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Myne steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Uesugi. That one must have hurt.
Uesugi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Uesugi's corner calls for a 1-2. Uesugi obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Uesugi tries a head kick but it misses.
Uesugi connects with an inside leg kick.

Uesugi lands a lovely overhand right.
Uesugi moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A cross from Uesugi lands.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Uesugi, as that shot connected.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Uesugi lands with a nice body kick.
Myne takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Myne needs to keep his hands up - Uesugi had a free shot at his head there.
Myne is rocked!
Myne throws a low kick, looking for Uesugi's leg but Uesugi calmly moves out of range.

Uesugi connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Uesugi turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Uesugi lands a big head kick that sends Myne tumbling to the mat! Uesugi takes a step backwards and waves Myne back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Oh Myne is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Uesugi scoring well with a low kick there.
That kick from Uesugi tenderised Myne's leg. Myne is trying to keep his angry face on.

Uesugi lands a leg kick that knocks Myne off balance momentarily.
Myne seems to have got his legs back now.
Uesugi fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Myne on the side of the head.
A low kick from Myne misses
and Uesugi counters with a hugh head kick that removes Myne from consiousness! A brutal head kick knockout!
